Michael Vincent Lobo (born 18 June 1976) is an Indian businessperson and politician. Born in Mapusa, Goa, Lobo is a Roman Catholic. He is a member of ruling party in the Indian Parliament and ruling party in Goa Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Lobo is the chairman of the North Goa Planning and Development Authority and a member of different committees in theGovernment of Goa.
Michael Lobo is married to Sancha Delilah Lobo, and together they have two children. Delilah was the sarpanch of Parra village. His interests include music, dancing and swimming.
Michael Lobo’s popularity in the constituency is built around his reputation as a hands-on MLA. He stands at the site to inspect all work on roads, an important agenda in Goa.
He being a builder himself makes sure to keep an eye on the works personally.
Mr Lobo is also credited with getting Goa its first state-of-the-art solid waste treatment plant as garbage management has been an issue in the state.
Michael Lobo started working when he was 13. His father was unwell and he had to support my family. He dropped out after first year because he didn’t have enough money, but made sure his elder sister completed her graduation.
He washed dishes at a restaurant, became a waiter before becoming a manager. Today, he owns three resorts and six restaurants in the Baga-Calangute area.
Michael Lobo is credited with getting Goa its first state of the art solid waste treatment plant.
He is always available for his villagers.
The BJP, which formed the government in Goa has to give credit to him. Without his astute backdoor talks, there was little hope for BJP forming the Government in Goa.
